Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within the specified timeframe. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued, but customers can cancel their subscription at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
15. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their Lynkr Solutions account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, access to Lynkr Solutions services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
16. Price Changes
Lynkr Solutions reserves the right to modify its pricing plans at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription fees. Price changes will only apply to future billing cycles and will not affect current subscription periods.
